It’s no news that the default warranty for Apple products is just one year from the date of purchase and using the AppleCare or AppleCare Plus costs extra, with just a 3-year coverage. However, there are free service programs in place for all Apple users.

In this article, we will disclose the products and damage conditions that are eligible for the service programs. Furthermore, we excluded products that are not eligible due to their date of release, damages, and related issues.

If your left, right, or both AirPods Pro have crackling or static sounds or any abnormal sound issue, it can be serviced for free. However, the program is ending in October 2022.
