The multinational corporation with its headquarters in South Korea, Samsung, is arguably best recognized for the creation of smartphones. And it provides a massive selection of high-quality phones each year. Therefore, it can be challenging to decide which one to choose. Some people consider price when deciding what is ideal for them, while others are drawn to purchasing the latest and finest model.
Below is the list of Samsung phones that stand out from the competition in 2022
1. Samsung Galaxy A52
This phone offers the most value for money for individuals on a tight budget. The camera doesn’t let you down; it has a display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and good battery life. The phone has a fingerprint scanner and is semi-waterproof; it can be submerged in water for about 30 minutes. Additionally, it sports a sleek design and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G CPU with 6GB of RAM.
Features
- It comes with an incredible 5G speed
- Game booster
- Magical edge-to-edge film
- Capture the elegance in every scene.
Pros
- Stylish appearance with IP rating
- High-quality 90Hz AMOLED display
- Satisfactory camera quality and OIS
- Newest software with 3 version updates promised
- Stereo speakers
- Card slot and audio jack
Cons
- Only a 15W charger was included in the box
- A better chipset may have been used.
2. Samsung Galaxy A33
Samsung’s mid-range Galaxy, A family, has had its yearly redesign, and it now looks fantastic. The new Galaxy A33 is likely one of the most intriguing models this year because it has been dramatically improved since the Galaxy A32 and offers excellent value. The Galaxy A33 5G has advanced to the waterproof division and now provides the same IP67-rated water resistance as the upper-tier models. The A3x versions weren’t waterproof up until this point. Of course, that is not all.
Although the Galaxy A33 uses the same 90Hz Super AMOLED screen as the Galaxy A32, it is equipped with a considerably more potent Exynos 1280 chipset that features a more recent processor and gaming-friendly visuals. You won’t need to select between 4G and 5G variants anymore because there is also an inbuilt 5G modem. Also upgraded is the camera. With optical stabilization now included, the 48MP primary camera can capture videos at up to 4K resolution. 4K videos can also be captured with the 13MP selfie camera.
Pros
- 25W fast charging is supported.
- Extended battery backup
- NFC and 5G capabilities
- New Android 12 OS compatibility
- Protective Corning Gorilla Glass 5
Cons
- Lacks reverse and wireless charging
- It lacks an optical zoom camera.
- Use a slot for a shared SIM or micro SD card.
3. Samsung Galaxy S21
The S21 is a good purchase among the industry’s mid-range gadgets. It boasts a 6.2-inch display with what the manufacturer calls Dynamic AMOLED 2X, full HD quality, a 4,000 mAh battery that doesn’t lag, a Snapdragon 888 processor, 8GB of RAM, and 128 Gb of internal storage. It feels fantastic in hand and immediately demonstrates that it is sturdy and well-made. In addition to black, it is also available in gray, pink, and white. However, there are several drawbacks:
It lacks a MicroSD slot, and neither the wall charger nor the gadget is included in the packaging. This is a no-brainer purchase, albeit the S21 also comes in more expensive models, the S21+ and the S21 Ultra if those features aren’t a deal-breaker.
4. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra
This is a good purchase even though it was launched in 2020. (moreover, Samsung decided not to release a 2021 version of the Note). It delivers outstanding value with a 6.9-inch, 120Hz display, an S Pen, and Xbox streaming capabilities. It features a 50x zoom and superior autofocus; the camera is outstanding. The phone’s body is attractive and has good video recording capabilities: It can capture 8K footage at 24 frames per second with a 21:9 aspect ratio. Finally, it enables Microsoft Windows compatibility, allowing you to use your Windows 10 applications on a mobile device. This is a sturdy device in every way.
5. Galaxy Z Fold 3
This one may fall into the realm of needs vs. wants, but if you’re in the market for a foldable smartphone, this is it. Perhaps the best option for individuals who use their devices more for watching Netflix than reading emails is a foldable phone with two screens that can be flipped up to extend into a tablet. The beautiful 7.6-inch panel is used for the display. A 4,400mAh cell powers the device, and Gorilla Glass Victus makes it durable and water-resistant. It also supports the S Pen. One note of warning: It’s rather significant when folded up, so it’s not the best option for fans of tiny phones.
6. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra
The Ultra is the top model in Samsung’s Galaxy series, including the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21+. They are all highly regarded gadgets, but the Ultra is the greatest of all that Galaxy has to give if money isn’t an issue. It offers a quadruple-camera component, a giant battery with a capacity of 5,000mAh, a fantastic display at 6.8 inches, and a camera with a zoom capability called Space Zoom that is 100X. Additionally, it boasts a sizable 512Gb of space and is available with either 12GB or 16GB of RAM.
It also works with the Samsung S Pen stylus, which neither the S21 nor the 21+ do. The S21 Ultra is Samsung’s most fantastic phone, although the S21 and 21+ are also excellent choices.
